Xbox is continuing to work behind the scenes on new features and improvements for later releases, much of which is tested through the Xbox Insider Program. It's been announced today that the free-to-play Xbox game MultiVersus is being shut down and delisted until it reappears for its full launch in 2024. All consoles should benefit from this update, although pinning to Quick Resume is exclusive to Xbox Series X|S consoles (as Quick Resume is exclusive to current-gen hardware). The Xbox March 2022 Update is available on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One consoles. A new firmware update is now available for the Xbox Wireless Controller with Bluetooth, Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, and the Xbox Adaptive Controller, with new bug fixes and stability improvements across the board. With the Xbox March Update, Xbox consoles can analyze connected audio devices and suggest specific settings and tweaks to improve the audio experience. Players can now take advantage of the new audio setup wizard on Xbox consoles to optimize their audio setup. Additionally, a host of new accessibility features can now be remapped to the Share button and other remappable buttons on controllers like the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 and Xbox Adaptive Controller. With the Xbox March Update, players are now able to remap the Share button on the best Xbox controllers to accomplish various tasks, including access media controls, opening games and apps, bringing up system menus like friend's lists, and more. The Xbox Wireless Controller finally brought a dedicated Share button to Xbox consoles, but many players would rather the extra button do something else entirely. With the Xbox March Update, players can now pin the best Xbox games to Quick Resume, ensuring their favorite titles are never rotated out of Quick Resume even when they're switching between a variety of games. Quick Resume lets players on the latest generation of Xbox consoles quickly return to previously played games exactly where they left off with minimal loading times.
